We have updated the system to provide support to both our members and the consumers.  This has meant we have merged the Complaints Management System and the Inspector procedural ticketing systems.

  • If you are a Consumer and have an outstanding or past complaint you will still be able to find that complaint and track it here.
  • If you are an inspector and are used to making enquiries via e-mail, you can now submit your enquiries here and track them through this support service.
Every support request, complaint or general enquiry is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. 

For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
